Now I get through to Cecelia (a complaints Manager…again in India) who now says “yes sir I can confirm although our status pages suggest the No Web Page problem has been resolved, however we are receiving other reports that there is still a problem. We will continue to investigate the problem and I will have someone call you in two hours.”
Why am I still not filled with confidence? Let’s see if I get another call back in 2 hours with a status update…?
