Now called BT Billing on 0800 800 150 and again call was shunted to India. Although this time Mario in BT Accounts was sympathetic of the problem I and many other BT customers are experiencing and agreed to refund next months line rental and internet connection charges.
Suggest anyone experiencing problems call BT Billing and request the same. Maybe enough BT customers that complain will actually get noticed and something might actually get fixed…
