Dan Brown’s “Lost Symbol” eBook

I have read a lot of books over past years (and even more eBooks!) and one author I like to return to a lot is Dan Brown. Author of the DaVinci Code, he’s brought out his new book called the “Lost Symbol” and it’s now available at eReader.com for your iPhone.

I haven’t had much chance to read this year, although I think I’ll try and find some time to go and pick up the book and at least start reading it. I’m one of those horrible people that can pick up a book, read one chapter and put it down for a week or two then pick it up and continue reading from where I left off without any problems whatsoever ;-)

“The Lost Symbol is a masterstroke of storytelling–a deadly race through a real-world labyrinth of codes, secrets, and unseen truths … all under the watchful eye of Brown’s most terrifying villain to date. Set within the hidden chambers, tunnels, and temples of Washington , D.C. , The Lost Symbol accelerates through a startling landscape toward an unthinkable finale. As the story opens, Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon is summoned unexpectedly to deliver an evening lecture in the U.S. Capitol Building. Within minutes of his arrival, however, the night takes a bizarre turn. A disturbing object–artfully encoded with five symbols–is discovered in the Capitol Building . Langdon recognizes the object as an ancient invitation … one meant to usher its recipient into a long-lost world of esoteric wisdom. When Langdon’s beloved mentor, Peter Solomon–a prominent Mason and philanthropist –is brutally kidnapped.”

The Lost Symbol is on sale at $9.99 at eReader.com
