Casually surfing around sites I stumbled across an article related to “how to keep your iPhone dry at the beach”. Unfortunately I can’t remember the site as I only saved the image to my hard drive, and don’t know what the product is called either. However, it struck me at……WHY??? Why would anyone want to take the iPhone in a pool? or in the sea? I guess you don’t want to leave your valuables lying around where someone can steal them but honestly! What happens if the case leaks? Would you really want to risk it? This is more to be warn as an arm band and have your iPhone tethered to your torso whilst swimming, but I’m not so sure if I’d want to risk it getting waterlogged if some stitching or seal gave way. Nothing against H2O Audio, as I’m sure their product has gone through stringent testing and compliance, but personally I’d rather keep mine safe away from water.
More importantly, was that a waterproof set of in-the-ear buds I see that are sinking? I think mine’s staying on dry land!
