I really wish Apple would get their act together and make promo codes available for all country stores. It really hurts a lot of reviewers and bloggers outside of the US App Store.
There’s so many reviewers and bloggers that would love to receive promo codes and simply cannot use them on their devices because they’re device is setup with a non-US App Store account 
Hopefully one day Apple will wake up to providing Promo Codes across all regions and allow developers to pick and choose which Promo Codes they give out. After all it can’t hurt Apple, it just hurts the developer in the sense that they’re giving away free versions of their application. Apple do lose 30% commission I guess but if giving away one app allows for another 100 people to purchase an app, surely that’s good for Apple, no?
