Formula 1 Stewards Enquiry around Nico Rosberg

There is a Formula 1 Stewards Enquiry taking place since the race finish of the Japanese Grand Prix because of the Williams car of Nico Rosberg appeared to have been speeding behind the safety car and may have benefited from that extra speed.

You are not aloud to break a maximum lap time when behind the safety car and Nico Rosberg beat this time in one sector when behind the safety car.
