Stella Artois are releasing an app for the iPhone for Christmas that allows you to track which pubs sell Stella Artois whilst you’re walking down the street. This is a great idea of adding to the already long list of Augmented Reality apps thare are already available for the iPhone.
Many a time have I gone into a pub to find they don’t stock the beer I like because the pub is backed by a different Brewery. The Stella Artios app will be free for the iPhone, designed purely for the holy purpose of finding your way to the next drinking hole. You will need a 3GS to use the Augmented Reality but if you have a 3G then you can still get a map full of pubs.
