The Roman Clock Speaker for the iPhone

There’s a new clock/dock for the iPhone and iPod Touch from Sharper Image (pictured right). It’s dubbed the Roman Clock Speaker, comes in at around $79. The Roman Clock Speaker is I believe the first iPhone/iPod speaker dock shapped in a clock that can actually sync up with an app to move the hands around the clock like a regular manual clock would do. All you do is place your iPhone into the dock, and the iPhone changes to an analog clock.

It’s these kind of ideas that I love to see, it shows someone has not only thought long and hard about a product but also put some pretty nice design aesthetics into the product.

Looking at the speaker depth thickness, I would hope that these speakers will be pretty awesome and can have a lot of bass to them.
