Visiting St Andrews

I decided to take a visit to St Andrews today whilst I’m up in Scotland, weather was pretty good although it was pretty cold out there being up near the North Sea.

Although the old course was closed to play to get ready for the golf open a little later, I was able to walk around the old course and get some good photo opportunities.

St Andrews as most know is the home of Golf, and although I’m not a golf enthusiast, I decided to take in some different sights up in Scotland whilst I was here.

I was surprised that although it was around midday on a Saturday that there weren’t as many people as I thought there would be on the old course either playing or looking around and taking photos although the car parks were pretty packed. I think most people weren’t trying to brave the 12C and taking a look at the golf museum in the warm.
