#Apple having problems with #iTunes accounts today for #iPad and #iPhone

It seems that Apple are experiencing problems with the iTunes store today because every single app or game I try to download today I get the following error message. It does allow to complete the download but I am a little jittery about trying to purchase anything just in case.

Anyone else seeing similar errors, and were you able to purchase successfully?
